Spark Fitness December 2022 Newsletter

Hello December! Wishing our members a happy holiday season.
On behalf of the Spark Fitness Buffalo staff, we wish you a joyful, healthy, and safe holiday season! You’ve given so much to us this year, and we’re very thankful and humbled that you’ve made Spark Fitness your go-to workout destination.

We have some great things in store this month, like our 12 Days of Fitmas challenge, specialty classes, and, of course, a holiday-themed workout that’s sure to be a blast!

We’re excited to continue to workout with you as we wrap up the year and look forward to what 2023 holds!

Is your child home from school or on college break? Have them bring a valid student ID to the studio and they’ll receive one month of unlimited classes for $99! (Ages 14 and up.)

Winter Break Student Special. 1 month of unlimited classes for $99; pick any start date in December. Must show proof of student ID.

12 DAYS OF FITMAS CHALLENGE

Now is your chance to be entered to win a custom Spark Fitness sweater, a Bills-themed headband from twolittleacornsdesigns, and a free hair tinsel from Sikbraids!

Here’s the deets:
  • Complete the 12 Days of Fitmas exercises any time you come to workout (see image below). These can be done after class is over.
  • Create a short clip of you doing some of the moves, along with your finish time for the routine. (The routine will be the same daily, so your goal is to shave time off as you go along!)
  • Post your clip and finish time on either Facebook (must be public) or as a story on Instagram. Be sure to tag all 3 vendors involved:

Every completion of the below set of exercises gives you an entry into the giveaway. The contest begins on December 12 and ends on December 24. The winner will be announced on December 25.

Complete these exercises any time you come to workout December 12-24: 1. Inchworm 2. Push ups 3. Shoot Throughs 4. Plank marches 5. Hip Thrusts 6. Lunges 7. Squats 8. Jumping Jacks 9. Burpees 10. Skaters 11. Med Ball Slams (low drop squats) 12. Thrusters (vertical squats at home) The number of the exercise matches the number of reps. For example, do 1 rep of Inchworm, 6 reps of Lunges, 10 reps of Skaters, etc.
