Happy 2024! As we kick off the New Year, it’s the perfect time to commit to your wellness resolutions. We’re here to support you with a host of exciting activities this month. Surprise yourself with our pop-up classes, dive into our members-only challenge, and invite a friend to join the fun during our bring-a-buddy promotion. Plus, we’re making a difference by fundraising for IceCycle, an outdoor spin event that benefits Roswell Park cancer research.

To help you kickstart your fitness goals for the new year, we’re hosting an exclusive members-only challenge. Join us for the kickoff call on Sunday, January 14 at 7 p.m. Head over to our members-only Facebook group for more details.

We are so grateful and humbled that the March 9 Spark Fitness session at IceCycle has already SOLD OUT! Our team has done an amazing job so far, raising over $12,000.

Please consider donating to your favorite individual rider or the Spark Fitness team (or both!) to help us reach our $60,000 goal.

If you’re interested in participating in IceCycle, you can still join the Spark Fitness team and register for any of the open sessions on March 8 or 9. (There’s even an opportunity to participate via livestream from the comfort of your own home!) This family & spectator-friendly event takes place at Buffalo Riverworks and proceeds benefit Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.

more about: foam roll stretch class with jocelyn

Join Jocelyn from Stretchd Out Buffalo on January 7 at 10:30 a.m. for a class that includes stretching and foam/ball rolling all in one! Jocelyn will help teach you how to use a foam roller and pair the rolling with stretches to help ease all your restricted areas from head to toe! If you have your own foam roller, you are encouraged to bring it as we will only have a limited amount of foam rollers and may not have the size you prefer to use for class.

bring a buddy: january 15-26

Working out with a friend offers numerous benefits. You’re less likely to bail on a workout when you know someone’s waiting for you. Plus, it helps you stick to your exercise routine. And let’s not forget, it’s way more fun to sweat it out with a pal, which can keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals.

From January 15-26, bring a buddy to try a free class! Got a friend who’s been itching to try out a class? Now’s their chance! All they need to do is sign up on the Spark Fitness Buffalo app. Drop us their name and we’ll pop a free class credit into their account. It’s a great way for them to see what all the Spark buzz is about!
