Hello and Happy March!

Our team has a a lot of great things in store this month – both at the studio and in the community – that you won’t want to miss! Before we get into it, we also want to say how lucky we are to have you as our members. Thank you for your continued support and for helping us make Spark Fitness a warm and welcoming workout destination!

it’s time for ice cycle!

As you probably know by now, Spark Fitness instructors and members are participating in IceCycle on March 11 at the (sold out!) 1:45 p.m. session to raise funds for cancer research and patient care programs at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Our studio has done an incredible job connecting with donors, both as individuals and as a team. We’re proud to be one of the top 10 fundraising teams and we’ve EXCEEDED our $20,000 goal! If you’d like to donate to the Spark Fitness IceCycle team, there is still time to do so on our team fundraising page. We truly appreciate your support!

IceCycle takes place March 10-11 at Buffalo Riverworks. Several amazing vendors and experiences (including free ice skating) will be available for all to enjoy, so bring your family and friends to participate in the fun and cheer us on!

no more fomo: cornhole round 2!

You asked. We listened.

Join us on March 4 at noon for Round 2 of our cornhole tournament to help raise funds for IceCycle, benefiting Roswell Park cancer research. The event will be held at Titans Cornhole Club in North Tonawanda and costs $25 per person to participate.

This is a spectator-friendly event and includes great vendors, raffles, food, and refreshments!

member spotlight

Meet Yvonne!

Yvonne started out at Spark Fitness in March 2022 with our Lose a Belt Buckle program. After her success in the 3-week challenge, she went on to continue with us as a member! We are so proud of her consistency in attending the gym. She has such a positive outlook on her health and fitness and we are so happy to call her one of our members. 💙

Advice for new members: I would tell anyone starting that there is no magic pill. You have to watch your diet and exercise. One year of doing this and having cheat days a lot too. I have lost 25 pounds.
