Pumpkin and fall leaves with phrases: Hello November and Happy Thanksgiving!

How is it that we are suddenly heading into the holiday season? It seems like summer just started! With all the joy this time of year can bring, it also requires more demands of your time, whether you’re baking, shopping, traveling, or hosting.

Our workouts can be a great stress reliever and a form of self-care. With that in mind, we’re hosting our final 3-week challenge of 2022 starting this month. Additionally, we made some schedule updates to better meet demand and give you more class options. Read on to learn more.

We also want to express our gratitude for those who participated in Tapbacks for Ta Ta’s: a fundraiser to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. We raised $375 and had a blast! If you missed out on donating, it’s not too late! Click here to contribute. Every donation counts!

3-WEEK HOLIDAY CHALLENGE

Our 3-week Holiday Prep Challenge runs from November 28-December 18 and is designed to get in you in shape just in time for the holidays! It’s also our last challenge of the year, so you won’t want to miss out!

Includes 3 weeks of unlimited classes, nutrition plan, and mini accountability challenges

By the end of the challenge, you’ll lose weight and body fat. But more importantly, you’ll gain back the energy and confidence you need for this busy time of year!

The challenge costs $147 for members and $247 for non-members. Those who successfully complete the challenge will have their entry fee credited back towards their membership!

We are happy to announce that Nate has joined the Spark Fitness family to help sub for some of our spin classes.

Nate is no stranger to the Spark scene! You have probably seen him twerking up the dance floor and bringing all of the positive energy to our space! Every time he steps in the door, he brightens up the room! He’s the perfect person to help you start your day off on the right foot (or pedal).

Heyah babes!!! Nate here to work your entire world! I’m a certified spin, twerk, group, and barre fitness instructor. I’m obsessed with music, food, and proving to everyone that they are worth the work!!!

Some fun facts about me: I’m a Libra, play violin and piano, and I work in biotech. Join me in my next class cause I’m doin’ it, I’m doin’ it well!!!

November Events: Nov. 2, 11 and 26: Step with Shamyr at 10:30 a.m..; Nov. 11: Veterans Day Workout, all Spark classes; Nov. 24-25: Closed

SCHEDULE UPDATES

Today (Nov. 1), we’re introducing a new class schedule in response to your feedback!

  • On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we’re offering Spark group training classes at the following times: 4:15 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:45 p.m.
  • Tuesday spin classes with Shamyr (40 minutes) will start at 6 p.m.
  • Thursday’s crosspin class will be replaced with a 40-minute spin class with Zoe at 7:30 p.m.

As a reminder, the studio will be closed November 24-25 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Treat yo’self, get some rest, and come back recharged!
