SPARK IN THE SPOTLIGHT

In case you missed it, Spark Fitness was recently featured on an episode of Hidden Gyms on YouTube! The show is compared to the Food Network series “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives,” but with a focus on fitness studios. Host Brian Goldsmith (@go4thegoldy), not only participated in one of our high-energy strength classes but also interviewed Spark Fitness co-owner Brandon Campas. During the interview, Brandon explained the wide range of classes we provide at our studio.

If you have a friend or family member who’s curious about Spark Fitness and wants a peek behind the scenes before stopping by – or you just want to spread the Spark love – please like and share the video below. As always, we appreciate your support!

MORE ABOUT JUNI

My fitness journey started in 2010 with chasing my child around the backyard. I found myself struggling to keep up with them. Years of smoking and poor diet had caught up to me and I was losing my breath climbing stairs. I decided that I needed to do better for myself and my child.

Over the next two years, I began teaching myself how to workout and how to eat. As I began to have continued success, my friends and family started asking me for advice and before I knew it, I was running workouts out of my garage. It was during this time that I fell in love with training.

After running my garage workouts, I went to college to get my associate’s degree in physical health and certification under the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have spent the past 10 years training in the Western New York area, specializing in group fitness.

Teaching people not only how to do exercises, but how to take control of their own health, is my life’s greatest passion. I am beyond excited to be joining you all on your journey here at Spark Fitness.
