We love the engagement we’ve been seeing on the new Spark Fitness app! Speaking of a supportive community, please join us on Sunday, September 11 at 8 p.m. for the $100,000 Transformation Challenge live kickoff call. This invitation-only challenge is your chance to level up and be your absolute best self! We’ll be competing against other Prestige Labs-sponsored gyms, and on top of the big prize, they’re giving away $16,000 in cash and prizes just for participating.

I am a graduate student at the University at Buffalo majoring in exercise science. I chose to pursue this degree because health and fitness is an important part of everyone’s life and I want to use my knowledge, skills, and experience to change peoples’ lives.

I was born and raised in Philly (yes, I’m an Eagles fan) and sports have always been a part of my life. I’ve played many sports growing up, but I chose to focus on football in college, where I played running back at Howard University. Now that I’ve hung up my cleats, it’s my job to ensure that people not only understand the importance of one’s health, but to take those necessary steps to changing your life forever.

The studio will be closed Monday, September 5 in observance of Labor Day.

The residents at Elderwood of Cheektowaga love playing bingo! When they win, they get a stuffed animal. These stuffed animals bring so much comfort to the residents. They also enjoy having something to give to family members and grandchildren for birthdays and holidays. Elderwood is currently running low on prizes and they have created a gift registry for anyone interested in spreading the love.



New and existing members with a valid teacher, student, military, or first responder ID are eligible for 10% off memberships, class packs and credits, and supplements (excludes Founder’s Rate memberships). Bring in your ID and we’ll add it to your profile so that you automatically receive the discount at checkout.


Spark Fitness is now participating in Independent Health’s Health Extras program, which can be used to pay for class packs and memberships. Go to the Payment Methods section of your account on the Spark Fitness app to add your prepaid Health Extras debit card. For more information about the Health Extras benefit, visit the Independent Health website.


Keep your eyes peeled for a paid-in-full special on one-year memberships. This is a limited-time discount that we can only offer to a handful of members, so take advantage when you see it!


Just a friendly reminder that our updated late cancel/no show fees for all classes go into effect today, September 1.

  • Late cancel fee: $5
  • No-show fee: $10

Please remember to use the Spark Fitness app’s mobile check-in feature when you arrive at the studio; this is the primary way we’ll be verifying attendance. If you happen to forget your device or don’t want to bring it inside, we now have an iPad at the front desk that you can use to check in.

Note: You can avoid late cancel/no-show fees by booking a class only once you know you can make it or cancelling no later than 6 hours ahead of the class start time. Keep in mind that there are no cutoff times for booking a class, so you can sign up at the last minute as long as there is space!
